2018-2019 SFL Round 13 wrap-up

Cockburn EWA continued their winning start to 2019 with a hard fought 3-1 victory over a young and talented Murdoch Warriors side that for long periods of the game caused problems for the reigning SFL Champions.
South Perth scraped home 4-3 against the Spearwood Lions, for a much needed win to move themselves up to 7th on the Pro Futsal WA State Futsal League Ladder.
Stirling Braza Ginga looked rattled early without their main man Victor Brauner as Balga FC came out firing, opening an early lead in an entertaining affair – Stirling running out 7-5 winners in the end.
Fremantle FC got back to winning ways with a 5-3 victory over Curtin Footbalista. Curtin were down 3-0 at one stage before a mini fightback headed by Mason Vojdani and Moreno Cappello had them level midway through the second half. In the end the former champions Fremantle had just enough firepower with Captain Daniel Muzzarelli putting them ahead late to seal a 5-3 victory.
Rockingham Cambio Cumbre cruised to a 12-2 victory against a depleted Perth AFC, who offered little resistance from the opening whistle.
