2018-2019 SFL Round 14 wrap-up
Cockburn EWA continued their winning form and kept the pressure on league leaders Stirling Braza Ginga with a comfortable enough 6-4 victory over South Perth who were hoping to close their own gap to Curtin Footbalista.
Curtin Footbalista did what they needed to do, dispatching a green Perth AFC 5-2 while Perth Longobarda staged a magnificent 5th man fightback before eventually going down 6-3 to Perth Longobarda.
A valliant Spearwood Lions held Fremantle Futsal Club to a 4-4 draw to gain another valuable point, while the mighty Joondalup ECU Jets came out 3-1 winners against the Murdoch Warriors in perhaps surprise of the round.
Rockingham Cambio Cumbre were also in a winning frame of mind, notching a big 8-2 win over Balga FC who were unable to mount a serious challenge against the 8 time SFL Champions.
